Field note 01 / beginner route

Your first 20 waves

Build a working loop before you chase the rarest object. Recent gameplay reporting identifies Wave 20 as a boss and crafting checkpoint; confirm live requirements in-game after updates.

Quick route

  1. Use early rolls to cover more than one job: protection, path damage, and protected ranged damage.
  2. Enter Build Mode and make sure every placed object contributes to the traveled lane.
  3. Clear a repeatable wave, claim available Index rewards, and buy upgrades only after identifying the current gap.
  4. Enable Auto Roll when it fits your available currency, then keep testing placement while new objects arrive.
  5. Before the first boss checkpoint, save one stable layout as your baseline.

Spend for flow before rarity

A recent gameplay guide reports Luck I at 100 coins and Auto Roll at 250 coins, followed by Luck II at 800 coins. Treat these as observed values, not permanent official prices. The useful principle is stable: improve item flow and only spend when the purchase answers a bottleneck.

Read the first failure

If enemies reach the core immediately, inspect path coverage and barriers. If a group survives the middle, test area coverage. If the boss alone breaks the layout, preserve the successful wave setup and adjust one boss-facing layer.

Officially confirmed: the creator description says the base fights offline and the Bosses Update adds bosses, custom attacks, relics, and crafting. Exact wave gates and prices are community-observed.
